POSITIONS AND SALARIES
Marathon Leadership Salary Plan
All qualified Marathon full-time employees have the opportunity to advance to management positions.
Applications and evaluations for management positions are based on active team size, including Level A, Level B and Level C members. Members under probation are not counted.
Team size is calculated on the 1st of every month.
Qualified salaries are paid on the 5th of every month.
Monthly salary is calculated according to the number of active team members.

STARTER LEVEL
Internship Team Leader
Team size: 1–30 active members
Promotion requirement: Have at least 3 Level A members.
Salary increases by ₹20 for every active team member.
Maximum monthly salary
₹600

JUNIOR LEVEL
Junior Team Leader
Team size: 31–60 active members
Promotion requirement: Team size exceeds 30 members and the leader has developed 2 Internship Team Leaders .
Salary increases by ₹25 for every additional team member.
Maximum monthly salary

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
Intermediate Team Leader
Team size: 61–120 active members
Promotion requirement: Team size exceeds 60 members and the leader has developed 2 Junior Team Leaders .
Salary increases by ₹30 for every additional team member.

SENIOR LEVEL
Senior Team Leader
Team size: 121–300 active members
Promotion requirement: Team size exceeds 120 members and the leader has developed 2 Intermediate Team Leaders .
Salary increases by ₹35 for every additional team member.
Maximum monthly salary

Only active team members are included in salary calculations. Final approval is subject to the Marathon monthly team evaluation.
